The new Austrian standard B 2538:2018 02 01 has been available on the market for about a month now.
This standard is used for the planning, construction an testing of water distribution systems and their components outside buildings in addition to Austrian standard EN 805.

The new Austrian standard B 2503
The new Austrian standard B 2503:2017 11 01 has been available on the market for about a month now.
This standard applies to the testing of newly constructed and refurbished sewage pipelines, shafts, inspection openings and containers. It contains specifications for testing pipes with air or water. Likewise this standard specifies requirements for the testing of shafts, inspection openings and containers with water.

Info-Day Saubermacher
On 10th March 2017 was our info day with the company
Saubermacher Dienstleistungs GmbH.
We were allowed to explain our task a bit and enjoyed a pleasant afternoon with interesting technical discussions.
I'm pleased about the numerous participation an a thank you to Mr. Herbert Egger, who honored us with his expertise.

Green Electricity
From today on, we will mostly receive our electricity from a photovoltaic system.
Thanks to the specialists of the E-Lugitsch-company, the setup was relatively easy and fast.

The new Austrian standard B5050
The new Austrian standard for the proof of tightness and stability by means of pressure testing of water-bearing, new and existing pipelines.
These include:
- Pipelines for hydroelectric plants
- Pressure pipelines for snowmaking systems
- Filling and extraction lines for storage ponds in snowmaking systems
The following are excluded:
- Sewer channels
- Water supply lines
This standard applies to all pipe materials.

Planai-Hochwurzen-Bahnen
Today we have checked the entire snowmaking system of Hochwurzen according to the latest
Austrian standard B 5050 for the tightness.
We would like to thank all employees of Planai-Hochwurzen-Bahnen for their confidence and hope for further good cooperation.
