Power plant pipelines

Are Pipelines that transport water to a turbine to generate electricity.

Here you will see various photos of our projects at power plants worldwide.

PP Kostner

Alta Badia, Italy

2010 we were commissioned to carry out a precise fault location on a DN 500 millimeter penstock made of steel.

After the reorganization of the detected leaks by an independent refurbishment company, it passed the pressure test according to the Austrian standard EN 805.

PP St. Vigil

Italy

In the beautiful South Tyrol in the spring of 2011 we had to check a DN 1100 millimeter steel pipeline for tightness, carry out a fault location and, after a refurbishment by pulling in a DN1000 millimeter PE pipe, check it a second time.

PP Unterstufe Lutz

Vorarlberg, Austria

In the winter of 2012, we were commissioned to carry out individual sleeve tests on the GRP pipeline DN with 2550 millimeters diameter.

After a successful refurbishment, we carried out a pressure test of the entire pipeline.

PP Sardinia

Italy

In the summer of 2012, our mobile test bus was taken to the island of Sardinia by ferry, to carry out a fault location on a GPR pipeline with a diameter of 2000 millimeters.

PP Opponitz

Lower Austria, Austria

In the fall of 2014, we were commissioned by the City Vienna to carry out sleeve tests on a GPR pipeline with DN 2450 millimeters.

PP Lainsach

Styria, Austria

We were allowed to inspect a GPR DN 600 pipeline to a power plant near the Gleinalm tunnel in the fall of 2014.

We had to locate a leak, run a TV-Inspection and after a successful refurbishment we had to carry out a pressure test.

PP Lengarica

Petran, Albania

The Power plant Lengarica was our first project with the company ENSO Hydro.

We were commissioned to test a DN 2400-2000 millimeters GRP pipeline according to Austrian standard EN805 for leaks in the summer of 2015.

But generally known picture say a thousand words....
